OUR CLASSES
PHOENIX TRAFFIC SCHOOL offers DEFENSIVE DRIVING CLASSES certified by the Arizona Supreme Court so your driving record stays clean, your violation is dismissed, no points are assessed to your driving record and your insurance rates won't increase.
Our class offers a unique game show format so you can enjoy yourself while learning practical defensive driving techniques to make your driving experience safer.
No tests and no hidden fees. Our course is licensed by the Arizona Supreme Court and approved by all Arizona courts. You just register, pay the total cost to attend, and enjoy yourself at class. We handle the rest and electronically communicate with the court when you register and complete the course.
CLASS COST
The total cost to attend includes a state fee ($24), state surcharge ($45), school fee ($39) and the local court fees which vary by court. Click here for total cost to attend class for your court of jurisdiction.
ELIGIBILITY
- Your citation must be on the list of eligible violations
- If eligible, you can attend for one violation only.
- You must complete your course at least 7 days prior to your court date.
- You have not attended a defensive driving course within the past 12 months.
- If you were involved in a serious injury or fatal accident you are not eligible.
- If you hold a commercial driver's license you are eligible for the Defensive Driving Diversion Program only if you were driving a personal or non commercial vehicle at the time of the violation.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Complete the registration process online or call our office at 623 242 4803 or 602 405 6644. You will need your DRIVER'S LICENSE OR GOVT ISSUED ID and CITATION to register. Once registered, you must bring the following to class: DRIVER'S LICENSE, CITATION AND ANY COURT EXTENSIONS, PAYMENT BY MONEY ORDER, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR ZELLE.
